Monitoring Service Errors

You can encounter these errors during SDK developing or you may run into them in some other way.
It gives you the error message and sometimes a solution or hint to resolve your issue.

 

CNC-MON-3600
An error occurred running the object on the target service. Consult the log
files.
See the Schedule Management page for more information about why the batch task could not run.

CNC-MON-3601
An error occurred running the specification on the target service. Please consult the log files.
See the Debug Trace page for more information about why the batch task could not run.

CNC-MON-3602
Unable to background the request, invalid request. Please consult the log files.
An invalid request was sent to the background method, which can include parameters or attachments. See the debug trace log for more information.

CNC-JOB-0006
Unable to create the run history for the job.

CNC-JOB-0008
Unable to update the run history status for the job.

CNC-JOB-0032
The object being requested cannot be found in Content Manager.
Check the searchPath to the object in the request. Ensure that the user making the request has read and traverse permissions for the object defined in the path.

CNC-JOB-3303
An error was encountered when adding a Job to the queue. Please consult the log files.
Ensure that the database connection is correctly configured and that the data store user has write permissions for the database.

CNC-SDS-0366
Unable to find data for related attachment with source ID:[{0}]
Ensure that the content IDs are properly constructed in the SOAP request.

CNC-SDS-0397
Unable to retrieve attachments from the SOAP message.
Ensure that you have streamed the attachment in the SOAP request.
