· If a connection fails, run the following debug commands from the browser URL to check the status of all components:
o To test if the dispatcher is running:
http://server/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=/dbg

o Run the application without Gateway:
http://server:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch

o Can the dispatcher read the WSDL:
http://server/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?wsdl

o To check if Content Manager is running:
http://server:9300/p2pd/servlet

o Run over ISAPI (as opposed to CGI) to test if problem is CGI related:
http://server/cognos8/isapi

o Check if the Certificate server is responding (csk folder):
http://server/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=autoCAService
