Problem
When creating an 'Import source' in Metrics Designer which is pointing to a Framework Manager relational package, gives the errors above. Metric Studio works without a problem.

Solution
Delete and recreate the Cognos 8 data source connection for the Metric Store.
Do not use roles to define capabilities, use simple GRANT statements or GRANT capabilities within Oracle Enterprise Manager.
