How to get a fix list for Cognos 8.2 , 8.3 and 8.4 |

1. Go to to http://www.ibm.com/cognos/support
2. Scroll down and under 'Related' links , click on 'Cognos Product Downloads'
3. Click on link 'Service Packs, Fix Packs, Emergency Fixes, etc'
4. Choose 'Cognos 8 Business Intelligence' under 'Product' drop down
5. Select 'Installed Version' and hit 'Continue'
6. Select 'Platform' and hit 'Continue'
7. Hit 'Continue' again on new page
8. Click on the 'More Information' link under 'Fix Pack version' you are looking for
9. Click on 'Fix List'link and this will open a pdf document in new window.
