Symptom
TR3117 Unable to retrieve security objects for TR0162 Package or Report not accessible 

Problem
When creating a cube with package queries or reports then the error occurs during reading the queries.

Cause
When the inactivity timeout is exceeded the user's session will be inactive so it will not be possible to access the queires in cognos connection  

Solution
Set in Cognos configuration/Security/Authentication changing the "Inactivity timeout in seconds" value from 3600 (default value) to a high value will solve the issue.
